Club History
Who are we
Founded in 1908, our 140+ members range from Juniors, aged 4 to 16, to Seniors (age 16+, with the silver foxes still getting a run out). The club's playing season starts in September and ends in May, with practice held in the off season.
In both summer and winter there are other social activities such as weekends away, meals and fund raising activities. Club teams play in the North of England league, and expert instruction by qualified coaches is available for juniors and adults.
More details
The club is part of the Norbury Amalgamated Sports Club (NASC). The other two playing sections are bowls and cricket. NASC is a Community Amateur Sports Club.
The playing fields are located within a short walking distance of Hazel Grove railway station.
